New Health Article: Battle of the Superfoods

It goes into some detail about the relative advantages and is advantages of the super foods green tea and goji juice. My thought while reading it was, why not drink both? Anyway I thought the article was fascinating and I hope that you agree. Call it the battle of the Titans. The rumble in the jungle. The epic battle between the two superpowers. Whatever you want to call it..... Goji Juice and green Tea have a lot in common and share many traits: They have been used for centuries by people in Asia who are wise when it comes to herbal nutrition in general. In fact some of the worlds longest living people consume these particular items in quantity. They also both feature first rate detox type qualities. And both originated from Japan and Goji Juice is of course formulated by extracting the juice from the raisin sized Goji berry, which is also sometimes called the wolf berry. This berry is found in the Himalayan mountain range. Now tapped by the western world, the incredible qualities of the Goji berry is rapidly becoming more popular. It has many unique benefits other than detoxifying the body. Goji juice is known to help folks who suffer from varios cardio vascular ailments. Consuming Himalyan goji juice is stated to strengthen the heart, improve sleeping and also to improve memory functions. Science on the berry further shows its remarkable qualified. The berry has solid anti-carcinogenic attributes, which yields the possibility of it being able to combat cancer. It further demonstrate effects on folks with Hepatitis B too. It even has the chemical that is known to aid pituitary gland in secreting growth hormones. The green tea on the other hand mainly banks on its detoxifying properties. While detoxification can help the body, anything of too much won’t really be good. I remember having an interesting conversation with a friend. I asked “Why would you detox everyday?
