Costa Rica: the ultimate surf and yoga vacation destination - Posted at 17:00 on Jan. 2, 2010 by Aaron W.

Costa Rica is well known as a resort destination for those seeking a yoga retreat or a surf campe. In addition, it is also a major spot for sports fishing as well wildlife exursions.  The northern waterways and lagoons are famous for fantastic fishing. Snook and tarpon in record sizes are reeled in routinely.  Monkeys, toucans, and parrots can be seen flashing through the trees. Watch out for crocodiles skulking along s****. This area attracts eco-tourists as well as fishermen, but it is humid and isolated and has no decent roads into the area. The southern half is where most of the human action can be found. Many tourists avoid this area, fearing that it is full of crime and drugs. But the reality is a different picture. There is an element of a drug culture but it is mostly underground and unseen by the majority of inhabitants, just like many places most of us are familiar with. Much of it emanates from the reggae-surfer types who are too laid back by the local smoke to cause much trouble. For those of you who are looking for costa rica surf camps then I can certainly recommend this highlighted resource for your surf trip or yoga retreat vacation resort.

There is a sense of culture shock that may seize a gringo type who is not used to seeing so many dark complexions. But as soon as they spot the old white folks who ride their bikes along the local roads, looking happy and carefree, they will tend to relax. If you’re looking for a different cultural experience, an extravagant natural environment, an adventure, rather than upscale amenities, you probably won’t be disappointed in Costa Rica’s eastern coast. And do not forget to check out the surf school and camps if you wish to learn to surf in this exotic and beautiful country.

Malware attacks hitting users hard lately - Posted at 03:03 on Aug. 5, 2009 by Aaron W.
According to various mainstream media reports, computer users who are not especially web savvy are downloading software programs which are supposed to keep their computers safe. The problem is that they do not realize they are being taken and that is adding up to approximately $34 million dollars monthly for fake security software.
Most of the said web users who are being suckered by this type of thing are following links to malicious websites with what is known as rogueware. The program will then report to the computer user that there has been some malware discovered on their particular system and offer to correct the problem. The computer user will then be asked for their credit card number, once they have paid to have the problem solved.
Sadly enouph, Panda Security has said that last year alone they found about 55,000 or so rougeware websites on the Internet and that they estimate about thirty-five million computers are infected by rougeware each and every month.
As an aside if you use the computer a lot you should certainly be aware of what specific type of office chairs  that you use. Generally speaking, I do recommend that you use ergonomic office chairs as they are very important overall. All in all, they are making and estimated $34 million per month from the rougeware that is sold to computer users for between $49.95 and $79.95 with no end in sight to the rogueware websites on the world wide web. These sites have grown approximately four times in size since 2008 and malware affiliates have earned an estimated $81,388.61 in a period of six days.

According to reports the overall employment rate in metropolitan Detroit is at 17 percent which is 2 points higher than what the government reported. The rate rose to 17.1 percent last month and in May was a reported 14.9 percent. The region of Detroit-Livoinia metropolitan is stated to be the highest rate overall of 49 urban centers with one million inhabitants according to the Labor Department reports. These figures are seen in other urban areas with Kokomo Indiana reporting a 22.8 percent jump in jobless rates over that of the same time in 2008. The unemployment rate is now 19.2 percent which is one fifth of the workforce that is employed in the auto sector. Eklkhart Indiana is also reporting that their unemployment rate has reached double digits. Some people there could use some debt help, debt consolidation or maybe some kind of non profit or free credit counseling I wonder what some of them really need however aside from free credit counseling.
Riverside, San Bernardino metropolitan urban regions have the second highest rate of unemployment compared with other metro areas with an unemployment rate of 13.1 percent.

Many Felons nabbed in Hawaii Raids - Posted at 02:54 on Jul. 18, 2009 by Aaron W.
In an operation nicknamed Falcon, more than two hundred fugitives were picked up, and these included many violent criminals across the state of Hawaii. All in all, the operation in question likewise permitted the marshals to take substantial quantities of narcotics from Hawaii’s most wanted criminals.
According to reports by Deputy Donna Diaz of the United States Marshals Service, the operation in question featured everything from houses, gated communities, and even various makeshift beach dwellings. For the month of June there were some 237 criminals taken, such as Eugene Tupuola, who was wanted for attempted murder of his estranged wife. Derek States, another guy who was on the lamb for some 9 years or so was found all the way over in Asia.  When I was in Hawaii I recall going to the Hawaii Nissan dealership to rent a nice little Nissan vehicle. it was a cool thing to just cruise around the island. I think the Hawaii Nissan dealer was the King Windward one.
The operation included beside the U.S. Marshals, more than 100 state, local and federal officers, these other officers were from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Drug Enforcement Administration, Rapid Reduction Drug Unit, Hawaii Police Department, Kauai Police Department, the vaunted Coast Guard Investigative Service, the Department of Public Safety Sheriff’s Division, along with other agencies.

In the arrests were 77 people arrested on the island of Oahu, there were 52 arrests on the Big Island, 61 arrests on Maui, and 27 arrests on Kauai. There were also 20 arrests that were federal cases.

Chicago personal Injury Attorney news & headlines - Posted at 23:33 on Jan. 16, 2009 by Aaron W.

In law headlines from the Windy City, a former Illinois construction worker filed a personal injury lawsuit against several defendant companies from the injury inflicted while being the victim of rather bad a workplace accident. According to details of the lawsuit in question, Thomas Capstick was working on a construction project in Madison County back on December 22, 2006, when the scaffolding that he was standing on suddenly collapsed. he is alleging negligence on the part of his employer. He reports suffering a traumatic, disabling spinal personal injury during this unfortunate episode.

The plaintiff names several different companies as the defendants to be held responsible in this personal injury lawsuit, including: Elite Contracting, Dayton Superior Corporation, ITW Red Head, OK Fasteners, plus Keller Construction. He argues that they are liable for his various injuries and is seeking amounts exceeding a half a million dollars. He must feel like he is about to win the lottery or something. Not bad for a blue collar worker. Incidentially if you happen to live or work in Chicago and are in need a competent and dependable Chicago personal injury attorney then I advise you to try John Buden. He can assist you with many cases that are related to accidents and is a superlative Chicago personal injury attorney. In other midwest legal news,

A lawsuit filed in Lake County, Indiana claims the Catholic Church failed to report to law enforcement a priest who had been accused of child molestation. His only discipline involved transferring him to different parishes.

Adding insult to injury, the suit claims that in 2003-04 Richard A. Emerson repeatedly abused a then-11-year-old boy at St. Thomas More parish in Munster, Ind. The boy is now 16. It is easy to see why they went and retained an attorney

New Health Article: Battle of the Superfoods - Posted at 01:20 on Apr. 20, 2008 by Aaron W.

hey guys and girls, here is a new health and wellness article that I thought you could appreciate entitled: " Battle of the Superfoods-Goji Juice versus Green Tea". It goes into some detail about the relative advantages and is advantages of the super foods green tea and goji juice. My thought while reading it was, why not drink both? Anyway I thought the article was fascinating and I hope that you agree.

Call it the battle of the Titans. The rumble in the jungle. The epic battle between the two superpowers. Whatever you want to call it..... Goji Juice and green Tea have a lot in common and share many traits: They have been used for centuries by people in Asia who are wise when it comes to herbal nutrition in general. In fact some of the worlds longest living people consume these particular items in quantity. They also both feature first rate detox type qualities. And both originated from Japan and China, respectively.

Goji Juice is of course formulated by extracting the juice from the raisin sized Goji berry, which is also sometimes called the wolf berry. This berry is found in the Himalayan mountain range.  Now tapped by the western world, the incredible qualities of the Goji berry is rapidly becoming more popular. It has many unique benefits other than detoxifying the body. Goji juice is known to help folks who suffer from varios cardio vascular ailments. Consuming Himalyan goji juice is stated to strengthen the heart, improve sleeping and also to improve memory functions. Science on the berry further shows its remarkable qualified. The berry has solid anti-carcinogenic attributes, which yields the possibility of it being able to combat cancer. It further demonstrate effects on folks with Hepatitis B too. It even has the chemical that is known to aid pituitary gland in secreting growth hormones.

The green tea on the other hand mainly banks on its detoxifying properties. While detoxification can help the body, anything of too much won’t really be good. I remember having an interesting conversation with a friend. I asked “Why would you detox everyday? Are you in some sort of toxic situation?” Seriously too much detoxification can actually harm your body. Think of detoxification as washing off you insides. The removal of the toxins inside you is detoxification. And anything that would be washed over and over again would later have more problems and complications that it originally hoped to solve.

Green tea positively has a high level of vitamin C, something that is very substantial to strengthen the immune system. But it is interesting that Vitamin C is only one of the many vitamins and minerals that Goji berry and goji juice has. And if you thought there is nothing that trumps Oranges in terms of Vitamin C potency levels, you would be surprised to know that the vitamin C content of Goji fruit is even 500 times more than Oranges by weight. Furthermore, Goji juice is loaded with a potpouri of various amino acids, around fifty-percent of which are fundamental amino acids needed for our basic survival.
